My name is Kieran Smith, I am a fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer and REPs fitness professional.
I have been involved in fitness and Martial Arts all my life having grown up in a fitness environment as my parents run their own gym chain.
I am a second Degree Black Belt in Freestyle Sport Karate and Kick Boxing. I have won many titles including 8 times British and 2 times European Champion.
I specialise not only in Martial Arts but also in Functional Fitness training, geared towards losing weight, reducing body fat and toning the body.
I benefit from having full use of my own private Gym as well as a large open space to conduct all my sessions in complete privacy.
