Kidlington Running Club meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays for group runs, both at 6.30pm at Stratfield Brake (though occasionally Thursdays we meet elsewhere, please contact us to check).

Tuesdays are medium to long runs, often in the region of 8 miles. Thursdays are speed sessions that include hill training, fartlek etc.
