EXPRESSIONS GYM

Our Expressions Gym is home to our team of qualified and enthusiastic fitness instructors and personal trainers. Whether you're here to have fun and meet some new friends or you're a keen athlete, we're here to help you along your journey. We want our 50 station fully air conditioned expressions gym with a range of resistance, free weights and cardiovascular equipment to become your sanctuary too. You can pick your instructor and get a one to one bespoke programme done and start to meet your targets and most importantly have fun. GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

We have a wide range of fitness classes, ranging from circuits to pilates, so your sure to find the one that suits you. With quirky, enthusiastic and qualified staff on hand ready to lead you through your group session. YOUTH FITNESS FACTORY (YFF)

YFF is a programme designed for the 11 - 15yr olds and under the guidance of trained fitness instructors. The YFF membership includes public swimming, gym and youth classes such as circuits. AQUAZONE

DUCKLINGS

Ducklings is a 10 week course of instructor lead parent and child sessions which will introduce your child to the water in a safe environment working towards the Ducklings awards. SWAY DANCE

We run a number of dance classes to suit all ages and abilities. All our classes are designed to be fun and a great way to meet new friends.
Michelle the Sway dance teacher here at Kidlington has nearly 10years teaching experience and was voted the top dance teacher in the country in 2010 under the International Dance Teacher for her Licentiate freestyle exam.
