Kempston Camera Club

Kempston Camera Club is a small and very friendly group of digital & film photo enthusiasts. We pride ourselves on being very relaxed and approachable: none of the cliques and stuffiness that characterise so many photo clubs here! We meet most Wednesdays of the year (8-10PM) at the Church of The Transfiguration, Bedford Road, Kempston MK42 8DW.

Kempston Camera Club is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) through the East Anglian Federation (EAF)

All interests are catered for, with a mix of competitions, talks, practicals, visits, etc. However, whilst in no way abandoning our film-based heritage, we are very much tuned into the needs of newcomers to digital imaging. In addition, a thriving studio group is a particular strong point of the club, which attracts photographers from a wide area.

So, if you are looking for a Kempston camera club, a Bedford camera club, or a Bedfordshire camera club or photographic society, please come and join us: let's develop together! Our current membership covers a wide range of beginners to more experienced photographers who are only too willing to give assistance to other members with the ins and outs of taking the images, preparing them and presenting them in either print of projected formats. Not forgetting of course the knowledge of using software packages such as Photoshop.
