Hello, I'm Kaylie.

Thank you for having a look at this page, this business is my own work from home project and I fit it around being a stay at home parent.

Some background for my experience:
Having worked at the Students Union during my degree, I assisted students and graduates to get the most from their CV and helping them to understand the difference between an OK application form, and one that will get them to the interview stage.

During, and following university, I worked in several HR positions, gaining experience of the recruitment and selection processes of a variety of establishments and further honing my own skills and experience. This has given me great experience of the differences between public and private sector companies, as well as valuable insight into the difference between the recruitment and selection processes for different positions and types of establishment.

This service is designed to help you to get the most from your CV, and to help you understand how to make your application form stand out and increase the likelihood of you being shortlisted.

In an ever demanding job market, with even simple positions receiving hundreds of applications and CVs, employers need to see something that stands out, ticks the boxes, and shows how you differ from every other person applying for the job.

That is where I come in, I offer a quick turnaround, with constructive and useful information based on individual CVs and applications - there is no one size fits all, every job is as different as every individual applying and as such requires individual attention.

Further down the line, I aim to expand the service to include interview tips, techniques and preparation information - this is something I am working towards and will provide further information on as it becomes available.
