I was the original designer of the KCS products J - Cradles and the Trolley. Mike Thomson and myself worked well together in developing other products like the V - Cradles and we were the original designers and manufactures of this equipment. Other have tried to copy! Mike was marketing the products and on his sudden death I was left with no one to market the products and I was by this time very busy with another project. I let the company take a back seat and have now decided to start KCS again due to popular demand.

At long last KCS is now just about to start production due to popular demand. Our Dual Purpose Trolley is the only trolley on the market that can convert to a roof loader for your sea kayak in seconds! ( no tools required ) We also can supply an extended axle and extension piece which makes the trolley wider for canadian canoes and sit on kayaks ( this fitting only takes seconds ) The trolley comes apart again in seconds to be stowed away either in the rear hatch or rear deck. Comes complete with spares kit and kit bag.

Our J - Cradles and V - Cradles are the most robust on the market and have new specifications which make them cradle your valuable kayak even better than before.
We are now going to manufacture two different models of J - Cradles one for High Volume Kayaks and one for Standard ( low ) volume Kayaks.
V - Cradles now have two models one standard length and one longer for larger or high volume sea kayaks and sit on kayaks. All come complete with a kit bag for stowing away when not in use.
The KCS Trolley was the only Kayak Trolley able to transport 6 Sea kayaks from Arrocher to Tarbet on Loch Lomond. What happened!!! As the group started the portage from Arrocher on Loch Long to Tarbet Loch lomond. They all had different makes of Trolleys, one by one they broke and the KCS Trolley was used to recover all the other kayaks one by one! This Trolley is still in use today and as survived all the abuse and weight of fully laden kayaks through years of use.
