Chef Proprietor Neil Evans, who has worked in some of London's top hotels including the Ritz, creates sumptuous feasts to delight diners.

The menu emphasises the use of fresh, local produce and all the food is created on the premises. Tantalise your taste buds with dishes such as crab and spinach ravioli, loin fillet of Godmersham venison and caramelised apple shortbread with cinnamon creme anglaise.
