Kate's Kitchen

Kate’s Kitchen is a significant resource centre for the Annan community, as the Kitchen ‘plugs’ a hole in service provision and acts as a 'hub' for professional agencies, providing vital links between service users, volunteers and the appropriate professional body.
Partnership working has been established since the beginning of the project. We have a close working relationship with many agencies:
Shelter, Criminal Justice, Volunteer Action, Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway, local churches, Job Centre Plus, Rotary, Royal British Legion, Community Health Partnership, community Police, Community Learning & Development, Social Work and Fire & Rescue Services, Dumfries and Galloway College.
Funded by the Council’s Area Committee and DGHP, (Dumfries and Galloway Housing Project), Voluntary Action Fund, Rotary Club and STV. Church of Scotland ‘Go For It’ project which supports new and existing projects that have links with churches, and organisations working with families or people of low income.
