Welcome to Karen's Personal Training and Nutrition! I am Karen Bannister, a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer, nutrition and weight management adviser and group class instructor based in Shetland.

My aim is to provide you with what you need to reach your goals; be it exercise targets, fat loss, muscle gain, no matter how big or small.
