The cocktail listing boasts an ecstatic array of rum based mixology with outlandish results in flavour, presentation and theory. Leon, Bar Manager for KAPU says “the cocktail menu is to be something different for Cardiff, but of course we will be serving a few of the classics. Being a part of this is educating the public about alcohol and how to enjoy it in ways never thought of. Of course it’s not all about cocktails; you will have to call in for the rest of the alcohol family”
