Judith Hanson Hypnotherapy

I utilise all my skills and experience (coaching, NLP etc) to work with each client on goals related to their issue, which can include anxiety and phobias, habits, sleep issues, weight loss, stopping smoking.

Once my client and I have created therapeutic goals that are measurable, realistic AND compelling, we then work together on an individual hypnotherapy and coaching programme, to help the client to achieve their goals. Throughout I expect my clients to participate fully and carry out assignments to the best of their ability while I support them to the very best of my ability.

I thoroughly enjoy working with a variety of people and am passionate about offering my clients, exactly what they need to achieve their goals. Each client is a wonderful, unique human being and thus deserves to be treated as an individual not as “an issue” (a person who wants to lose weight, stop smoking etc.). I am fascinated about the way our minds work and the links between mind and body and am eager to continue learning forever. The mind is an amazing tool but, unfortunately, does not come with a “help option” so I believe we need to search for help whenever we need it and wherever we can find it.
