I'm Jo and I run a home based dog grooming business, I am City & Guilds qualified with a Dog Styling Diploma. I hope to create a very relaxed, homely atmosphere so your pet can enjoy their pampering here. It's just me with one dog at a time, no stressful, boring waiting around in a crate. I will give your pet a full health check before I start. If I find any dog to have Fleas, then, unfortunately I cannot groom them that day, but will be only too happy to when they have been treated. This could incur a cost as I have to use special treatment for my grooming area.

I aim to make sure your pet enjoys and relaxes during their time with me and their safety and happiness is of great importance to me, but if for some reason they are not enjoying it and they become distressed or aggressive, then I will end the session and contact you to pick up your pet. Any time and work already done could incur a cost.
