John Dowling Falconry offers experiences, training and tuition, educational visits and corporate events at The Falconry Academy. The Falconry Academy is located within Avon Riding Centre in South Gloucestershire. We are a specialist Falconry & Bird of Prey experience centre set in beautiful countryside with magnificent views. Our Falconry Experiences take place within the open grounds of the centre and through the ancient Woodland Walk with our stunning Birds of Prey. You will find yourself immersed in the fascinating world of Falcons, Hawks, Buzzards and Owls. Whichever option you choose from our 2 hour, half day or whole day experience you will be sure to have fascinating and memorable time.
For those who are looking for a little more and wish to go on to have a bird of their own or have a need for specific training in a specialist discipline we are an approved Raptor Awards training provider, a nationally recognised organisation facilitating Falconry & Bird of Prey management courses and qualifications.
