Joe Bullen Strength & Conditioning

Joe has been an accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach with the United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association (UKSCA) since 2011 and the NSCA since 2013. Prior to this, he attained a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science from Brunel University in 2008 and his MSc in Applied Sport Sciences at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham in 2010. Additionally, he has been a Level 3 Advanced Gym Instructor since 2008.

Joe is a former South-East England representative at junior indoor athletics and a county representative in track and field, cross country and football.

He has worked with athletes in a number of sports including track and field, martial arts, golf, swimming, cycling, tennis, basketball and held lead full-time positions in professional football. He currently is the lead tester for Nike SPARQ in the South of England. Joe specialises in training movement, power and strength for sports performance. He has particular interests in youth training.
