All my adult life I had been overweight.

All I wanted was to feel good about myself and lose a little weight. Sounds easy? You as well as I, know this isn't always the case.

Until I tried Cambridge Weight Plan, with the help and support of my Consultant, I achieved my dream. This was not to be a size zero, but to be comfortable in my own skin.

I am very passionate about what I do and will offer you all the support that you need to complete your journey, it may be a daily message of motivation / support or a sympathetic ear, I really don't mind. I would just love the privilege, of joining you on your journey.

I have been a Consultant for over 7 years and do it alongside a full time career, because I just love helping others feel good about themselves. I am always amazed how the quiet person I meet on the first appointment, is the loud noisy one, at the end of the journey.
