Set up to provide the Kent, East Sussex and South London areas with acupuncture services, I can visit your horses, dogs, cats and rabbits in the comfort of your own stables or home.

Acupuncture on animals can only be provided by qualified vets. I am fully qualified with Honours in Veterinary Medicine, trained in the Western Veterinary Acupuncture technique and insured to practice as well. I work alongside your regular vet and so there is no need to change from who you are used to for your animal's veterinary needs.

Western Veterinary Acupuncture is becoming increasingly popular as a method of pain relief. Stemmed from the traditional Chinese techniques, Western Acupuncture is a more scientific approach and has had many scientific papers published on the topic to prove the effects and efficacy of it.

Acupuncture should always be used as a complementary medicine to enhance the results of the treatment by your vet and never in favour of normal veterinary treatment. It is there to improve, not cure a condition.

Conditions I can treat and improve include but are not limited to:

Horses:
- Stiffness
- Lameness
- Back pain
- Annoyance at mounting or saddling up
- Poor performance
- Some dermatological conditions such as Sweet Itch and increase wound healing

Dogs and Cats:
- Muscular pain
- Arthritis
- Lameness
- Some dermatological conditions
- Some gastro-intestinal conditions

Most animals will benefit from a course of 3-6 weekly sessions, and then after that will depend on the individual and condition treated.
