I gained a lot of weight during my 2 pregnancies, but through exercise and sensible eating, I have since lost 4 and a half stone. Now, at age 42, I feel fitter and healthier than I ever have!
We are bombarded by misinformation and pseudo science when it comes to diet and exercise. I'd like this page to be a source of reliable, unbiased facts that people will hopefully find interesting/useful.
I pledge to never sell any shakes, powders or magic potions and will never upload pictures of my meals. I also have an aversion to 'motivational' tiles so you won't find them on my page either!
I currently have availability for personalised 1 hour training sessions on weekdays during school hours. Weekend and evening sessions are possible on a more 'ad hoc' basis.
I charge £20 per session, or £30 for 2 people to exercise together. I offer a free informal consultation where we discuss the client's goals and exercise preferences and decide if I am the right trainer for you.
