Jersey Round Island Challenge

The inaugural Jersey Round Island Challenge will take place on Saturday 12 August 2017 and will include five race categoriesr:

- Swim Solo/ Relay
- Run Solo & Relay
- Kayak/ Canoe Solo & Relay
- Stand Up Paddle Boarding Solo & Relay
- Rowing Team Solo (2 man & 4 man options)

All categories will complete the achievement of circum navigating the island, whether as a team or solo. Each race category will be managed by a relevant local club, who will provide essential support, training and safety guidelines. For the sake of safety, every entrant must first demonstrate that they are fit and capable to participate in this endurance event. Sign off for participation will come from an experienced Jersey club member.

The purpose of this exciting new endurance event is to raise awareness and valuable funds for the Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation, a local charity that supports families in Jersey with sick children needing treatment in the UK.
