More about Jericho Coffee Traders

Jericho Coffee Traders is a micro roaster working from the historic Jericho neighbourhood of Oxford. Run by James and Elizabeth Armitage, the Jericho Coffee Traders encompasses the iconic Pukeko truck, a vivid turquoise tuk-tuk converted into a mobile cafe, and a familiar sight around the city, the micro roastery and espresso bar in Osney Mead and a cafe on Oxford's busy High Street.

JCT supplies many Oxford cafes with wholesale coffee beans, including Barefoot Bakery in Jericho, Turl Street Kitchen, Society cafe and the Bear and the Bean on the Cowley Road. There is also a subscription service where you can sign up for weekly, fortnightly or even monthly coffee bean deliveries. You can also make a one-off coffee bean purchase.

The coffee is sourced directly from the farms via a coffee trader, and comes from Rwanda, Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya and Mexico.

Run by husband and wife team James and Lizzie Armitage, who share a passion for coffee and social interaction, Jericho Coffee Traders is the realisation of years of work in the coffee trade here in Oxford.

Pop into our roastery off Walton Street for a chat about all things coffee!
