I grew up admiring the likes of Jean Claude van damme and Arnold schwarzzeneger I was always a skinny lad done karate at a young age for a while jumped in to boxing at 14 I took a liking to mma aged 20 so took up kickboxing and ju-jitsu for 3&half years I also done various classes in mma I have done a wide range of martial arts like wing chun and jeet kune do I have studied many shaolin training methods .
Most recently and currently I'm learning thai boxing and yoga I train almost all the time in Calisthenics which is body weight movement it's like gymnastic cross yoga cross street workout
I have great knowledge in bodybuilding also .
