Aerial Fitness is great way to get fit providing full body conditioning in a fun and relaxed enviroment.
It combines aerobic and anaeroobic workout techniques, increasing flexibility and making you fitter, stronger and improving all over body toning.

You can do yoga to build up your flexibilty, you can lift weights to build up your strength and when you do aerobics this will improve you cardiovascular fitness assisting in weightloss and stamina building.
Aerial fitness combines all of these elements into one enjoyable exercise class.
