Over 22 years of training experience, within a sports or gym based environment. I have played multiple sports within multiple disciplines including Ice hockey, roller hockey & rugby league.

Over these years i have learnt a lot from the people around me, leading to a developed interest into the nutritional side of things. I felt i needed to progress myself, the next thing i knew i was in the final year of a BSc (Hons) in Sports Nutrition.
I knew this was not enough and being low on funds decided to attain as much knowledge as possible starting from basics. This included seminars, webinars and a variety of extra nutritional qualifications at lower levels all were extremely useful in my journey to attain knowledge.
Recently i undertook a course developed by my nutritional hero David "Avocado" Wolfe, he opened my mind to a new perspective on nutrition and its natural healing qualities and functions. The acquisition of knowledge continues..
I have learnt that in the field of nutrition you can never stop learning and opening yourself up to new challenges. This has driven me to develop this company, not only to aid clients but to allow me to challenge myself and gain more knowledge in a field i love and am passionate about.
