We have a Nutritionist on hand, Offering personalised programmes to suit you and your needs (Prices vary).
We have an excellent balance of classes available 6 days a week, Become part of the friendly but focused group. As well as our open gym sessions (a workout for that day will be avaialble to do at your own leisure) or just do your own thing.
When becoming a member we offer a body composition service in which we take your measurements and your body fat% this can then be done at a later date to monitor your progress. Any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch!!!
