Please look around our page. There will be lots of fitness tips and news plus check out the current Jazzercise Promotion. We look forward to welcoming you to Jazzercise and if it’s your first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts to complete some paperwork. It is also advisable to bring a mat for the floor exercises and some water to drink and, after your first class, you may like to bring hand weights which are recommended for some of the routines.
