Jazz Technique with Gemma Gibbions

Jazz Technique aims to further dancers training focusing on dancing for fun, fitness and self improvement.
It is aimed at people with previous dance experience- whether you've danced throughout your childhood and are wanting to reintroduce yourself back to the dance world or whether you are a dancer working professionally in the industry wanting to maintain technique- we will accomodate to your needs.
It is ideal for dancers just wanting to dance without the added extra costs of shows and examinations.

Classes consist of a warm up including cardio and stretch, across the floor excercises working on kicks, turns & leaps and then we will work on a short routine. This will be different each week to incorporate different styles and performance variety and for dancers ease as you wont be expected to remember dances week to week amongst your busy schedueles. We will end the session with a short cool down.

Jazz Technique classes are in a friendly fun relaxed environment where members are very supportive of one another. The studio is the place to push yourself and practise so come and see for yourself what we are about.
