The biggest matted space for all your Martial arts needs, Strength training room with heavy commercial free weights and resistance machines, commercial cardio equipment. We have a large seating and viewing room for parents and family member to either relax whilst classes are in progress or bring your work along and take advantage of our FREE WIFI. We do encourage all of our members to take part and train whilst their children are so why not ask about our special rates for parents in our strength training/ cardio room or even adults family classes.
