Over the years I have learned all different ways to train myself and others as well, with results both ways. My experience within fitness was it changed me as a person and also changed the lifestyle I was living, to one I needed to live. My knowledge learned over the years ranges from training one person to a group, to nutritional guidance and plans, to classes and beyond. My aim is to be a world class trainer with no limits, where people take advantage of my help and knowledge to acquire the dream body they want, need and also deserve.
