• James David Parker is the leading delegate for the London Consortium on international law at City Law Practice Solicitors.

• James works with individual clients, the Government, Non-Governmental Organisations, Charities and the Corporate Sector. He specialises in PBS Immigration, Canadian & Danish Immigration, Environmental Law, Human Rights, Corporate Law, Public and Private International Law.

• James has a life-long interest in both policy and law, gaining an internship with the Secretary of State for International Development, Fabian Society, Environmental Law Foundation, and working as Senior Casework Aide for Refugee and Migrant Justice. He has worked as a Select Committee Reporter for DeHavilland, Parliamentary Liaison Coordinator for the International Simultaneous Policy Organisation, and now their Trustee. He is also Policy Expert for the Green movement, Global Ambassador for Global Resolutions and Organiser for OnePeopleOneWorld.

• James has been working as Policy Advisor for the Government on Energy and Climate Change. Adept at building relationships and stakeholder management, working with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Environment Agency (EA) developing robust regulation.

• A passionate advocate for environmental action, expert on news channels and published articles such as “Montreal Protocol Approach to Climate Change” in the Ecologist and Global Journal. His book ‘The Earth, Stupid!’ is being published by Cambridge Scholar Publishing by panel of Professor's and CBE honoured experts.

• James holds a BA in Politics and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Nottingham.

• He is an experienced and confident public speaker and was recently invited to speak at the Integral European Conference in Budapest, presenting ‘An Integral Approach to Solving the Climate Crisis.’
