Fitness Pilates is a lovely class that focuses on your core and back, the class includes a warm up, standing balance and strength work, floor exercises and a lovely relaxation and stretch, come and give your body some "tlc" - you will feel great afterwards! Take the Bootcamp challenge, early morning bootcamps are a great way to kick start your fitness, both outdoor and indoor sessions to bring you out of your comfort zone, but make you feel GREAT, come and give it a go you will love it!
