My personal background training has been in Olympic style wrestling, Mixed martial arts, functional weight training and my own training systems which aim to produce continuous measurable results.
I'm studying at Stafford-shire University to become an Osteopath. The level of body anatomy and physiology knowledge required for the course has improved the effectiveness of training especially for those working with injury's. I am always on the search for the most committed clients to show the results of what this programming is about!
