In order to achieve a motivated, professional and committed team, regular training is provided through Young in Herts to update knowledge and skills on an individual basis.
Staff are carefully selected to ensure a good mix of ages, qualifications and skills. This is achieved by a thorough interviewing process, up to date references and police checks, this is then followed by a 3-month probationary period, which includes in-house training, before contracts are given.
