Its the Foxes

I have had a love of nature, colour, art and textiles since childhood. I aim to incorporate all of these into my designs.
I started sewing in earnest at secondary school, learning the basics, building on these over time. I have used these occasionally but went into nursing for 17 years. I left this to be a stay at home Mum to 4 children. Making things for my kiddies has inspired my creative side again.

I will be starting with textiles, making child-based products, nursery items, soft toys and homewares. These will be handmade, quality products with a limited availability. I’m a great believer in nurturing our environment and will be upcycling unloved items into brand new lovables, alongside using contemporary fabrics.
The constant sameness throughout every town store full of mass produced items leaves me cold and I personally believe a little something unique is special and a thing of beauty.
