Irish Muscle Power

Irish Muscle Power is a TOTALLY NEW exhibition in Ireland, aimed at everyone from health and fitness professionals, competitors or simply fitness / health / beauty enthusiasts from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & beyond!

We have some truly inspiring attractions including Europe’s Strongest Man 90KG & 105KG FINALS - POWERLIFTING - Mixed Martial Arts - Bodybuilding and much much more!

The leading names in fitness equipment, nutrition, heathy lifestyle, new concepts and so much more will be in attendance.

Located Belfast’s fabulous Waterfront which has easy access from airports, train & bus stations with ample parking for those driving.

The whole experience is hosted on an open plan basis – everyone is welcome at the exhibition. The majority of the competitions / events are included in the ticket cost so all who attend can experience everything thats going on!
We even have some fun stuff planned to keep the kids entertained.

The health & fitness industry continues to be a growth sector, so anyone attending this Expo will gain new contacts, links and information that keep our industry thriving.
