With a background in behaviour analysis, I will use techniques to help you reach your goals, one squat at a time, so that you will see improvements towards your specific goals in every session.

FOR YOUR CHILD
It is beneficial to introduce a healthy way of life to children from a young age, so that it becomes a norm in their daily life. Combined with my background in working with children, my passion for health and fitness and LOTS of fun, I will create programs for your child or small groups of children that will include fitness, yoga and the general teaching of a healthy way of life
