Integral Equine

Since qualifying from Cambridge University I have worked in mixed practice in Carnforth (where I still do locum work), equine practice in Cheshire and Dumfries, and at the Philip Leverhulme Equine Hospital at Leahurst, University of Liverpool.

I've always enjoyed looking after horses' teeth - they're a crucial and often overlooked area of their care. Having seen many horses suffering because of their teeth, either from lack of dentistry or inappropriate treatment, I decided to focus my practice on trying to improve things. A healthy mouth really can improve your horse's wellbeing and performance.

Now, I have the time to treat each horse individually, with specialist water-cooled equipment, involving you as the owner as much (or as little!) as you might like.

Recently, I've been excited to start tying in acupuncture with my traditional veterinary work and look forward to bringing these skills to you and your horses in the next few months.
