We are an online supplier of thermal, acoustic and fire protection insulation as well as drylining and cement based products catering for trade, private and DIY customers across the UK and the EEC.

We are committed to providing the highest quality product at competitive prices, product expertise, and excellent customer experience in order to make online shopping for insulation fast, easy and secure. You do not have to be a registered business to open an account.

All our products are ISO Certified and come from recognized manufacturers: Knauf, Rockwool, Kingspan, Celotex, Promat, Cembrit and more. We never sell budget substitutes or seconds!

We also help you stay up to date with product technical data, methods of installation, latest trends regarding building insulation and as insulation specialists we can help with any technical questions you may have from U–value calculations to Building Regulations compliance.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on orders over £250 within the UK (mainland) and usually takes 2 working days from placing an order. You should always check delivery time specified on the product page. UK orders under £250 are charged at £25. We do not deliver on weekends and bank holidays.

If next day delivery is required, please give us a call before placing an order online; we will always check the availability of the product and call you back with an answer. International deliveries usually take 10-15 working days and are charged at different rates depending on the country of destination and size of the order.

We will always e-mail you to confirm delivery date after your order has been placed. If your building site has a restricted access or if you require later delivery date, please tell us about it in a Comment Box during checkout so we can be sure we have allocated the right delivery vehicle in the right time slot.

We reserve the right to offer substitute products (same type of insulation with the same performance and quality from another manufacturer when ordered goods are out of stock or to speed up delivery).

We will always contact you before sending an alternative product. If the alternative product is cheaper we will refund the difference in price.

Returns

We guarantee hustle free 365 days return policy. If your items are delivered to you damaged or faulty for any reason, we will replace the damaged items free of charge. Over-ordered products that require collection will need to be arranged by calling our number 02033978908 and will be subject to a restocking charge.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
