I can travel to you to train you comfortable familiar surroundings, such as your home, garage, garden or your local park/green area
You can also travel to me to train a private studio specially designed for one2one client sessions
Services include:-
Body MOT, periodic weight and measurements, food analysis, before and after photos (if required) nutritional advice and exercise programs to follow between our sessions
