Monday 7-8 is KICK-BOX FIT. We work with gloves, focus pads and strike shields (for kicking). This is one of the best classes you can do to tone up those arms n get rid of that part of the arm that carries on waving when you've finished!! The kicking is great for toning up the legs. I have 28 yrs of martial arts experience, kickboxing and karate. This is a women's only class as I also include self defence for women too.
8-9pm is INSANITY. This is a new class that is now in a group format. It's max interval training, so you work super hard for a period of time, then you have time to recover before starting the next exercise. It's as tough as you make it, you work at your own pace, modifications are given for those that need them. This really is about personal goals and upping your fitness game. This workout will get you hot, sweaty and shed that poundage!! It's addictive!
Wednesday 7-8pm All Over Tone. Does what says on the tin! Using your own body weight as resistance, this is all about toning everywhere up! The front and back of arms, chest, tummy, back, bums, thighs and calves- and ur jaw, lots of chitter chatter in this one whilst working super hard! Lovely! U will definitely feel this one the next day!
8-8.45pm Kettlebell Fat Burn. Have been teaching this one for a couple of years now and I love it! This is where you use two kettlebell weights, doing a wide range of different exercises. This will give you that definition that you crave. It's a toughy but a goody!! As soon as you get stronger you just up that weight. You can burn up to 800 cals in this class!
I provide all the equipment. All you will need to bring is a drink and a towel to mop that sweaty brow!!
