Inner Vision Therapy

At Inner Vision Therapy I offer you the opportunity to talk in confidence in a safe, trusting environment. If you are feeling low, stressed, or anxious, and life is becoming difficult to manage, then counselling may be able to help you. Whatever is troubling you, counselling can often enable you to make sense of the things that you are finding it difficult to cope with.

I believe that we are all unique individuals with our own life experiences and stories to tell. As your counsellor, I will try to understand what is going on for you in your life. Sometimes, knowing that someone is there for you to really listen and understand can make a big difference to how you feel about yourself and your situation. Talking through your difficulties can help you to deal with painful thoughts and feelings, and can be the first step towards making some positive changes in your life.
