Indigo Hypnosis

Indigo Hypnosis is a place where you can release emotional issues safely and in complete confidence. I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist having trained with Training Alliance Group. I am also a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, The National Council for Hypnotherapy and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

My qualifications are : diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming, diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, diploma in Emotional Freedom Technique. I am also qualified in reflexology, holistic massage, crystal healing, flower essence therapy, and am a Reiki Master/Teacher. These skills I no longer use on an everyday basis, however they add to my experience of working with people and understanding the nature of holistic approaches to well-being.

I have over 15 years experience working with complementary therapies and am now focusing all of my attention and skills upon helping my clients to reach their fullest potential using a variety of "talking therapy" techniques.

I can help you with insomnia, fears, generalised anxiety, low self-esteem, low levels of confidence, phobias, smoking, weight control and more. I am passionate about my belief that we can all feel better and all deserve to feel better. Many of the issues that clients bring to my treatment room I have experienced myself, giving me a great deal of empathy.

My treatment room is based in a log cabin style building with side access from my home. There is plenty of free parking available.

The first consultation is free, so that we can discuss and both decide if we can work well together. After this, we discuss and agree your treatment plan. The fee I charge for all therapy is £50 per session. Each session is one hour long. You will receive personalised recordings of scripts to listen to in between our sessions to enhance your treatment.
