I first meditated over 27 years ago! I found meditation helped me through exam stresses and it really enabled me to release anxiety from my body and find a still place within me. I now meditate daily and find that regular meditation practice is so beneficial to my overall state of well being.
With an early working background in Marketing, PR & Events in the Music Industry I did an about turn and re-trained in 2000 with ITS (under the tutoring of Ian McDermott, Tad James & Suzi Smith) becoming an NLP Master practitioner. In my 30’s I joined a Buddhist Sangha and found my teacher Sadhujivin a Theravadan Monk who gave me my Buddhist name ‘Sumala,’ I worked with Sadhujivin visiting schools and talking to children about Meditation and overcoming their fears. For over 3 years I’ve been teaching meditation to groups, individuals & running wellbeing workshops. I also work with individuals who wish to release mind, body and spiritualI issues. I feel blessed.
