Bootcamps

Our Bootcamps are all about getting you results fast, while having great fun at the same time. All of our camps are mixed male and female and for a range of fitness levels and we offer 30 minute and 1 hour sessions. We run them throughout the day so we have a time suitable for everyone.

We promise that we won’t put a bib on you, make an example of you or swear at you, but what we will expect is that you give 100% and train as hard as you can.

You’ll be trained by top class fitness coaches who have years of experience with outdoor bootcamps and personal training and within a week you will be surprised how great you already feel and how many new friends you’ve made.

Our aim is to make each session as different and varied as it can be whilst keeping it challenging and fun for you!

One of our 30/45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions is great if you’re short on time and want to see results fast.

Alternatively, our 1 hour sessions will keep you on your toes so you’ll never know what is coming next, whilst building up your strength, stamina and general fitness.
