Based on London Road, opposite famous Palace Theatre and on soutchurch road Southend on sea Il Palazzo offers traditional homemade Italian dishes. Venue is full of character, contemporary, spacious but at the same time very charming. It makes a perfect choice for fine evening meal, quick lunch or an after-show dinner.

We offer fresh, classical Italian cuisine where taste of the old continent can be felt with every bite. Pastas, oven-baked pizzas and lovely Italian starters create most of the menu, but it is not all. You would be surprised to find lovely Italian meat dishes, served with herbs and in thick, warm sauces found nowhere else in Southend area.There are many regional variations of cooking throughout Italy, but in general grain foods such as pasta, bread, rice, and polenta are mixed in a variety of interesting ways with vegetables, beans, fish, poultry, nuts, cheeses and meat. We tried to recreate this tradition. Why don't you come over and try it yourself?
