iCorrect offers 3 services to have your Apple device repaired:

1. Walk-in service. This service is for clients who would like to bring their device for a same day repair. Our average repair times for the iPhone are only 30 minutes, iPads are 2-4 hours and Macbooks are 24-48 hours. You are not required to book an appointment to come in for a repair. But your repair will be prioritised if you are booked in.

2. Courier service. This service is for those clients who would like their device repaired but would find it more convenient not to leave their home or office. Our couriers are dispatched to collect within 15 minutes of receiving a booking, with turnarounds between 2-4 hours from collection to delivery. Currently, this service is only within the Zone 1 area of Central London.

3. Call-out Service. This service, also known a the 'we come to you' service is for those clients who wish for iCorrect to come to their home, office or hotel to complete their repair. This service only operates between 8am-10am Monday to Friday, and only within Central London areas.

All repairs completed by iCorrect are covered by a 2-year warranty for faults, but this does exclude accident damage.
