OK about me.....I have been interested is photography since 1986 ish... but only since 2010 when I decided to invest a little money into what started as a hobby but soon became a passion.

There is nothing I enjoy more than getting up at the crack of dawn either winter or summer, grabbing the camera gear and disappearing for a few hours and just snapping what Mother Nature has provided for us.

I think sometimes we become blinkered about the natural beauty that surrounds us, no matter where we live on this planet there will always be things of natural beauty that need to be recorded by taking a photograph.

The human eye can capture between 8 and 12 separate images per second that's up to 1036800 in 24 hrs but our brain can only store a fraction of these images. With today's technology, almost all of us have the opportunity to capture something special so I would encourage everyone to get out no matter what equipment you have, from a phone to a top of the range DSLR.
