The site offers full Park Resort facilities (passes not included in the price) and close to beaches and the Towyn strip. On arrival you will report to the on-site reception to collect your welcome pack and keys.

Our gold rated caravan is perfectly situated on a prestigious pitch so that you are not directly overlooked and boasts Welsh countryside views. Full central heating and double glazed affords you a comfortable experience, with 32" LCD TV with freeview and a DVD player, Nintendo Wii & games, ample seating in the living area, separate dining room table. Kitchen comes with a kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, full sized cooker and all pots/pans/cutlery/ crockery and utensils.

There is a walk in shower, single sink unit and toilet off the hallway, with a master bedroom complete with dressing table, wardrobe and cupboard space. A further two bedrooms each with two single beds, wardrobes and cupboard space, one comes equipped with a 22" flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and Playstation 2 (with a selection of games). There are also various games, books and DVDs for use during your stay.

A paving area is to the outside of the caravan with seating. Parking places are available for use by the hirer.

All bedding is included and will be freshly laundered for your visit. Gas and electricity is included in the price and on arrival you will find information on obtaining your site passes. The caravan will be fully valeted and ready for your holiday.
