I Run Wales - Rwy'n Rhedeg Cymru

A new social running programme, supported by Welsh Athletics, that aims to inspire, enthuse and support the people of Wales to run.

So regardless of age, fitness level, aspiration, background, or location everyone can be a part of Run Wales.

If you’re interested in giving running a go, we are here to help you every step of the way and welcome everyone to be part of the running community in Wales. We will have information on running groups and routes in your area along with other great advice and tips on how to get involved in walking, jogging and running in Wales.

We are at the beginning of our Run Wales journey and we’ve got big ambitions! Run Wales wants to be the first port of call for individuals and groups in Wales to discover and be inspired by all things running and we need your help to realise our aspirations!
