I Fitness was set up by Blackpool based Personal Trainer Jamie Ashworth, who's passion for transforming people's lives led him to set up I Fitness, allowing him and his individually selected trainers to continue to help people like you in a private welcoming studio. You will be offered a personalised service, unavailable in mainstream gyms and fitness centres. Our team of both male and female trainers are carefully picked, to ensure only the highest level of commitment and care is given to you at all times. If you want to lose weight and tone, build muscle and strength, improve fitness and functionability or go for an all out full body transformations your in safe hands.

Whatever your goals and current fitness level, we deliver group training, semi private group training and one to one personal training sessions designed to reach your specific goals. We personalise specific plans which, are periodised to meet short, medium and long term goals. We take you on a journey of self improvement, building strength, confidence and self belief.
