I am now a fully registered and insured cake baker, and hope that eventually I will be able to start doing this full time
I iced my first cake in February 2012 for my sons 5th birthday. I loved every minute of it, and have done various cakes for friends and family since, most of which there are pictures of in my albums - the good and the bad!
I would like to start gaining more experience and so would like to start making cakes for other people. I am not as good as some cake makers out there, and if I do not think I would be capable of making something I will say. I do not want to spoil anyone's day, or surprise.
I have passed my Level 2 food safety and Hygiene.
