Hythe Beach Bootcamp

Come and get fit outdoors. Exercise using your body weight, the environment available and some small pieces of equipment. The session will vary week on week, adapted to the group, tide and weather!

Suitable for all abilities, however if you do have any medical issues please contact me prior to the session, or come along a few minutes early to discuss.

Outdoor bootcamps meet on the promenade between the Hythe and Saltwood Sailing Club and Hythe Bay Restaurant.
